I just started learning to use Blender. Its confusing right now, but once I get a hang of it, I can't wait to make whatever I want. I will be blogging my experience so I can see how I improve over time.

A few days ago I finished the one and only donut tutorial. If you don't know, most people when starting Blender, start with making a donut. I hate the way typical cartoon donuts look, with pink frosting and sprinkles, so I opted to make a plain maple one instead. I'm quite proud of it! It was easier to make than I thought it would be. I loved adding so much texture to it. The frosting looks a little bit weird to me, but overall a great first project. Though I'm sick of seeing donuts now and I'm very exited to move on to something else.

I made this like two months ago but didn't post it, I just wanted to experiment and see what I could create without a tutorial and made this ominous little guy. I still have no idea what I'm doing and he's quite wonky but I love him regardless.
